Eligibility

Orders and Payment

File Requirements

  • Designs must meet our technical specifications
  • We may reject files that don’t meet quality standards
  • File preparation services may be available for additional fees
  • You are responsible for ensuring files are print-ready

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Risk of loss transfers upon shipment (subject to consumer protection laws)
  • International orders may be subject to customs delays and fees
  • EU deliveries benefit from consumer protection regulations regarding delivery timeframes

Quality and Returns

Quality Standards

  • We strive to produce high-quality gang sheets
  • Minor variations in color and finish are normal
  • We will remake orders that fail to meet our quality standards
  • Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery (or as required by applicable consumer protection laws)

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for defective or incorrectly produced items
  • EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible purchases (custom orders may be exempt)
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the error is ours or you are exercising EU withdrawal rights
