1) Introduction

These Subscription & Billing Terms (“Billing Terms”) form part of your agreement with DTF Gang Sheet Builder (“we,” “us,” “our”). By starting a subscription, free trial, or paid plan, you agree to these Billing Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2) Plans & Pricing

• Plan types: We may offer monthly and annual plans, plus add-ons.
• Currency: Prices are typically listed in SEK (Swedish Kronor) unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes/VAT: Prices may exclude VAT and applicable taxes. VAT is applied based on your billing address and local regulations. Valid EU VAT numbers (B2B) may be reverse-charged where applicable.
• What’s included: Features vary by plan. See plan descriptions at checkout for current inclusions and limits.

3) Billing Cycles & Renewal

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual) unless canceled before renewal.
• Charge date: You are charged on the start date and on each renewal date thereafter.
• Invoices: Receipts/invoices are emailed to the address on file after each successful charge.

4) Payment Methods & Authorization

• Methods: We accept payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards; payment processors like Stripe/PayPal may be used).
• Authorization: You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and any add-ons you activate.
• Accuracy: You agree to keep billing info (card details, billing address, VAT number) accurate and up to date.

5) Free Trials & Intro Offers

• Trials convert to paid: If offered, trials automatically convert to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before conversion.
• Eligibility: Free trials and promotions may be limited per user, account, or payment method.

• How to cancel: You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hello@dtfgangsheetbuilder.com.
• Access after cancel: You retain access until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise specified.
• Data retention: After your plan ends, we may limit access to paid features. We may retain certain billing/account records as required by law.

8) Refunds & EU Withdrawal

• General policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
• EU right of withdrawal: For digital services that begin immediately, by subscribing you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once service starts.
• Case-by-case review: If you believe a refund is warranted (e.g., erroneous duplicate charge), contact us at hello@dtfgangsheetbuilder.com.

9) Failed Payments & Dunning

• Retries: If a payment fails, we’ll retry and notify you to update your payment method.
• Timeline: Typical retry window is up to ~7–10 days (e.g., day 0, 3, 7). If payment still fails, your account may be suspended.
• Access: Suspended accounts lose access to paid features until payment is resolved.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination.

10) Coupons, Credits & Offers

• Promo codes: Must be applied at checkout; cannot be retroactively applied.
• Credits: Account credits (including SLA credits) apply to future invoices and are not cash-redeemable.
• Cannot combine: Discounts/offers may not stack unless expressly stated.

11) Taxes & Invoicing

• Taxes: You are responsible for VAT/sales taxes where applicable.
• EU VAT: If you provide a valid EU VAT number (B2B), the reverse-charge mechanism may apply.
• Receipts: We email receipts/invoices to the registered email after successful charges.

12) Price Changes

• Notice: We may change prices for new or renewing terms with prior notice (e.g., 30 days) to the email on file and/or in-app.
• Effective date: New prices apply on your next renewal after the notice period, unless you change or cancel your plan.

13) Reactivation

• Resume billing: You can reactivate a canceled or suspended subscription at any time by updating your payment method and selecting a plan.
• Legacy plans: Reactivation may require choosing from current plans and pricing.

14) Compliance & Fair Use

• Acceptable Use: All subscriptions are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Fair use: We may apply fair-use caps to prevent abuse and to ensure stable service for all customers.

15) Disputes

Billing disputes are handled under our Terms of Service and applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can help resolve any issue quickly.
